INEOS Automotive was formed in 2017 when Chairman Jim Ratcliffe identified a gap in the market for an uncompromising, utilitarian 4x4 built for the modern day. Engineered from the ground up, the Grenadier will overcome all conditions, and provide best-in-class off-road capability, durability and reliability to those who depend on a vehicle as a working tool.
As the forthcoming car progressed towards series development, INEOS Automotive appointed ForresterPR to design and develop their PR and Communications business function, also 'from the ground up'. From scratch, ForresterPR developed the strategic media messaging frameworks, brought together journalist databases and media relationships with media distribution, monitoring and evaluation processes, ahead of a launch event. ForresterPR managed the media event announcing the brand, the product, and two manufacturing locations with up to 1,000 new jobs, generating over 1,600 news articles and reaching over 120 million people as a result.
ForresterPR then handed over a fully-functioning and operational press office function to a permanent PR Manager.
