Through partner agency, Imprimatur Group, Duncan Forrester supported the Automobili Pininfarina Marketing, PR and Communications team to launch the world’s most expensive and exclusive electric vehicle - the £2.6M Battista Anniversario, created to celebrate 90 years of the Pininfarina SpA design house and its founder, Battista ‘Pinin’ Farina.
Duncan Forrester was seen by the Automobili Pininfarina team as their Head of UK PR, leading the campaign with EU media relations, focussed on tier 1 globally influential media titles. He was also responsible for creating all written assets and oversaw the distribution of all content, with Imprimatur colleagues supporting with translation into multiple languages. Duncan also supported the preview launch event at the Pininfarina SpA design studio in Cambiano, Turin.
The launch campaign generated over 500 online articles, and potentially reached an audience of over 4 billion globally, generating a value of over £50 million.
